Firmware Update

This firmware update is specifically intended for users with the following Alpine units: X903D-F / X903D-V447 / X903D-G6 / X903D-G7 / X903D-OC3.

This firmware is the same for all models (X903D-F / X903D-V447 / X903D-G6 / X903D-G7 / X903D-OC3) without camping/trucking features.

If you are not sure if you need this update, please contact your dealer.

Firmware Update Content – Release Notes

  • This firmware is updating a new application software of your Head Unit
  • Improvements to the update function
  • Activation of HDMI camera
  • Improvements for CAN bus interfaces
  • Enables the „DASH CAM LINK“ feature to control the Alpine Dashcam DVR-C320S
  • Fixing error in the DAB linking function

Please note:

  • The Update is not required for Alpine units with Firmware versions “1.4000 1.4000 1.4000” or higher.

Requirements and limitations

  • Windows XP / Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10
  • USB stick with minimum 16 GB recommended (freshly FAT32 formatted)
